Providing booking services for events, accommodations, transportation, and related services. We communicate with you regarding your bookings, including confirmations, changes, and cancellations, processing payments for bookings and refunds, complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements, improving our services and marketing efforts.

We may collect the following types of Personal Data:

1.Contact Information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and postal address. 2. Payment Information, such as your credit card number and billing address. 3. Booking Information, such as your travel itinerary and preferences. 4. Marketing Information, such as your marketing preferences and how you heard about our booking agency. 5. Other Information, such as your IP address and device information.

Price and Payment

When you book accommodation through us, the price you see includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. This includes the cost of your room, as well as any additional amenities such as towels, electricity, heating, cooling, cleaning costs, Wi-Fi, parking and more.

To secure your reservation, we require an advance payment of 30% of the total booking amount. This payment must be received within 3 working days of making the reservation. The remaining 70% can be paid by card transaction or in cash upon arrival at the facility, but must be paid in full one month before your scheduled arrival.

Please note that in the event of cancellation one month in advance, we are unable to offer a refund unless the cancellation is made at least 2 months before your scheduled arrival. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but this policy helps us ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all of our guests.

At our booking agency, we take great pride in providing high-quality and comfortable accommodation for our guests. To ensure that our properties remain in top condition for future guests, we kindly ask that you treat them with care and respect during your stay.

Please note that guests are responsible for the condition of the property during their stay. This means that any damage caused to the building, furniture, or other items during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace in full.

However, please be aware that if any damage does occur during your stay and exceeds the amount of the paid deposit, you will be responsible for compensating the partner for the full cost of the resulting damage. We recommend that you take all necessary precautions to prevent damage from occurring, and that you report any issues or concerns to our team as soon as possible.

We understand that accidents can happen, but we ask that you take all necessary precautions to prevent damage from occurring. This includes ensuring that any children in your party are properly supervised, and that all safety guidelines and instructions are followed.

Additionally, we ask that you leave the property in the same condition as it was received. This includes cleaning up any messes or spills, and ensuring that all furniture and appliances are returned to their original position.

Insurance

We understand that your health and safety are top priorities when traveling. While we do not offer travel or health insurance ourselves, we strongly recommend that all of our guests obtain appropriate insurance coverage before embarking on their trip.

Travel and health insurance can provide valuable protection and peace of mind in the event of unexpected emergencies, accidents, or illnesses. It can cover a range of expenses, including medical costs, trip cancellations, lost or stolen luggage, and more.

While we cannot provide insurance coverage ourselves, our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about obtaining appropriate coverage. We can provide helpful tips and advice on selecting the right policy for your needs, and can point you in the right direction for further information.

Reservation procedure

we strive to make the reservation process as simple and stress-free as possible. To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we ask that all of our guests submit accurate and true information and documents when making a reservation.

As part of this process, we require that you provide the exact number of guests who will be staying in the facility, without exceeding the maximum capacity. This helps us ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Reservations can be made exclusively through electronic means, including email or social networks. After you have submitted your reservation request, we will send you a payment offer via email, which will include the amount of the non-refundable advance payment that is required to secure your booking.

To confirm your reservation, you will need to pay the advance payment within 3 (three) working days. Once we have received the payment and it is available in our account, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation via email.
