Located at the foot of Biokovo Mountain in the small village of Puharić, near Makarska on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, this stunning stone villa offers luxury and authenticity for an unforgettable vacation. Built in 2015, this fully fenced villa features modern amenities both inside and out and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and neighboring islands.

Luxurious Accommodations

This three-level villa consists of two apartments.  First apartment is on the ground floor. The second apartment is on the second and third floors. The villa is renting as a hole property.It also contains a spacious garden with dining area and barbecue facilities. All beds are measuring 180cm x 200cm.

To begin with, on the first floor of this villa, there is a spacious living room that features a sofa, a large armchair, and a 107cm LCD Sat TV. The glass doors in the living room provide ample natural light and breathtaking views of the mountains. Moving forward, the door leads to a bright and airy dining room, which has an integrated open kitchen that also boasts large glass doors opening onto the heated deck of the pool and garden. Furthermore, the kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, large freezer, coffee maker, and kettle.

Finally, stone stairs take you to the third floor where you can find two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have an 82cm LCD Sat TV. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Step out onto the balcony  with a table and chairs where you can admire the beautiful panoramic views of Makarska. The second bedroom, also with a balcony overlooking the sea and mountains, has a double bed. You can use the modern bathrooms with a large shower cabin, or the other with a tub and shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink with a large mirror, a toilet, and a hairdryer.

Nearby Attractions

The villa offers an ideal location that allows you to appreciate nature while staying close to the beach and the city center. You can reach the long sandy beach, which is only about 1 km away, and the center of Makarska, bustling with luxurious hotels, restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues, which is just about 1.2 km away.
